Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kriali Fashions. By engaging our boutique for custom tailoring, purchasing ready-to-wear pieces, or placing commercial garment manufacturing contracts, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Customized Orders & Measurement Approval

For customized outfits, production commences once the client approves the design sketch, fabric swatch, and recorded measurements. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of measurements submitted remotely; we strongly encourage booking a free video consultation to verify tape readings.

2. Alterations & Trial Policy

All customized outfits include one complimentary alteration trial to perfect the fit. Requests for major structural silhouette overhauls after the fabric has already been cut and embroidered may incur nominal artisan re-crafting fees.

3. Payment & Advance Terms

• Custom Tailored Orders: A 50% advance deposit is required to secure fabric procurement and initiate artisan hand-embroidery. The remaining balance is payable upon trial approval before dispatch.
• B2B Manufacturing: Staggered milestones as per purchase order (sampling approval, 50% production advance, and balance upon pre-dispatch inspection).

4. Timelines & Force Majeure

Delivery timelines are quoted in good faith based on artisan complexity. While we maintain a 98% on-time delivery record, unforeseen delays caused by natural transit disruptions or extreme weather will be communicated immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

Original designs, sketches, lookbook imagery, and trademarks associated with Kriali Fashions and designer Vaishali Vikas Giri remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kriali Fashions.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of contracts with Kriali Fashions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Latur, Maharashtra, India.
