Returns & Exchange Policy

At Kriali Fashions, each garment is handcrafted with meticulous dedication. Because our boutique handles both personalized custom-tailored orders and ready-to-ship collections, our exchange terms are clearly defined below.

1. Customized & Made-to-Measure Garments

Because bridal lehengas, customized outfits, and designer blouses are cut and stitched to your unique personal measurements and specific design requests, they cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Ready-to-Wear Collections & Handbags

Standard-sized ready-to-wear pieces and handbags may be exchanged for a different size or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• The garment is completely unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original tags, luxury packaging, and designer labels remain intact.
• The invoice receipt is presented.

3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

Every parcel undergoes strict triple-check quality inspection before leaving our boutique. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please notify our team within 48 hours of receipt with parcel unboxing photographs on WhatsApp at +91 85304 67233.
