Refund Policy

This policy clarifies the conditions under which cancellations and monetary refunds are processed at Kriali Fashions.

1. Cancellation of Customized Orders

Customized outfits, bridal lehengas, and custom-stitched blouses involve dedicated artisan time, pattern drafting, and specialized fabric sourcing.

• Within 24 Hours of Booking: You may cancel your order for a 100% full refund of any deposit paid, provided fabric cutting or hand-embroidery work has not commenced.
• After 24 Hours / Post-Cutting: Once fabrics are cut or artisans have commenced embroidery, advance deposits become non-refundable as the materials cannot be repurposed.

2. Ready-to-Wear Cancellations

For non-customized standard catalog pieces, orders may be canceled at any point before dispatch for a 100% refund. Once the package has been handed to the courier partner, standard exchange rules apply.

3. B2B Garment Manufacturing Contracts

Commercial manufacturing orders are governed by mutually executed Purchase Orders (PO). Sampling charges are non-refundable once prototypes are drafted. Production deposits will be adjusted according to raw material expenditure incurred up to the notice date.

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or the original payment gateway within 5 to 7 working days from written cancellation confirmation.
